As an MSP Consultant, you’re the glue that holds the hiring process together for all external specialists at our client’s site. You’ll coordinate every step, from the initial request to the final placement, making sure everything runs smoothly. Think of yourself as the go-to person for hiring managers and suppliers.

Your daily buzz includes:

• Posting job openings and screening CVs from suppliers.
• Keeping the hiring process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved.
• Keeping a close eye on the recruitment timeline to ensure timely placements.
• Negotiating the best rates and terms with suppliers.
• Managing contracts, invoicing, and keeping all the paperwork in check.
• Spotting opportunities to make processes better and advising stakeholders with your insights.

• A salary between €2,500 - €3,500 per month (based on 40 hours).
• Start with a one-year contract and the intention of permanent contract, if you shine!
• 27 vacation days – plus the option to buy 8 extra or sell 7 days if you prefer.

• A bachelor’s degree or similar thinking level.
• Top-notch organizational and communication skills in English.
• Experience in staffing or a related field (think hospitality, HR, or support roles).
• Bonus points if you know the ins and outs of DBA and GDPR—but it’s not a dealbreaker!
