According to the latest ManpowerGroup Talent Shortage survey of 39,000 employers in 41 countries, 73% of employers in the Netherlands report difficulty filling vacancies. The demand for engineering remains as high as ever, but AI skills transcend both Engineering and traditional IT skills.
